    • I could see if it was told to someone outside his immediate family but this is ridiculous. HIS WIFE like she wasn’t going to find out down the line. It’s people like this that make it bad for when someone has a good reason to sue. I hope the judge straightens him out the pill certainly didn’t.

    • No Dummy. Maybe his wife is upset because he needs pills to get an erection to have sex with her, ever think of that. Or maybe he’s embarrassed to tell her he needs them and she feels hes been dishonest. How the fuck do you know what goes on at his house. To make a stupid remark like that.

    • The pharmacy was wrong for violating privacy rules. The bigger wrong is who he was using the viagra pills with. Would the wife have been miffed if he/she had a rocking sex life thanks to viagra? I really doubt it.

  • The case is based on the fact that he needed & got Viagra pills when he probably hadn’t touched his wife in some time. Now, put your thinking cap on. Marriage breakdown.

  • This is ridiculous. You don’t just wake up one morning and you stop getting an erection. Its a slow process in which over time a wife CERTAINLY will start to notice a decrease in hardness, size and stamina. When a man feels it necessary to try a performance enhancing drug for sexual activity he should have no problem letting his wife know what hes doing. Shes got nothing to lose just a LOT more to gain. Regardless, whether he says anything or not, you dont just miraculously go from having ED issues over a long period of time to superman overnight unless you are in fact taking these Enhancers. Furthermore, if they just recently married and he has been using Viagra due to pre existing ED issues, he should have been honest upfront and not making someone else pay for his inability to be honest with his spouse. Most states annulment laws will grant one based on the grounds of dishonesty in facts pertaining to a healthy relationship ie. Inability to have children not being disclosed or inability to have a fruitful sexual relationship being disclosed.
Another lazy deadbeat loser just trying to get paid.

  • He is very underhanded. He got a Viagra
perscription without telling his wife, paying out of pocket in cash, leaving no paper trail.

Most likely he wasn’t having relations with her, that’s why the secret prescription. When she found out that he had Viagra, and realizing he wasn’t having relations with her, she realized he was cheating, and it hit the fan.

OR the whole thing was a set up with the 2 conspirators playing a pre arranged script, with the wife calling CVS and directing the conversation to Viagra.

If CVS files a complaint with the state AG, the story may be revealed through the fraud unit.

    This lawsuit stinks
