WHAT’S BEING CLAIMED:
- A woman in Brisbane, Australia who stabbed a stranger in the head with the heel of her stiletto has been fined just $250.
- Jazzmin Fry, 21, was not convicted or jailed, and even admitted that it was a mistake and a drunken act.
- The victim, Kyle Johns, who had no idea why he was attacked, was taken to a hospital where his scalp was stapled back together after the stiletto did some serious damage.
Jazzmin Fry was celebrating her 21st birthday in February when sent an innocent teenager to the hospital when she suddenly stabbed him in the head with the pointy heel of her stiletto.
The birthday girl and her boyfriend were already drunk when they got into a fight with stranger Kyle Johns on a street in Brisbane, Australia.
The 19-year-old said he thought he would lose an eyeball when the drunk brunette shouted: “Want my f—ing heel through your eyeball c—?”
According to Nine News, Fry took off her shoe and plunged its heel into the crown of Johns’ head.
The victim was taken to a hospital, where doctors stapled his scalp back together.
Last week, Fry pleaded guilty to the assault but she got no conviction and jail time and was only fined $250.
“It was a drunken act,” Fry told Nine News. “It was my 21st birthday and it’s not me. I don’t know why I did that and I wasn’t in the right mind frame.”
Johns and his mother are furious with Fry’s punishment.
“[She] comes to the middle of China Town with her heels in her hand and stabs me in the crown of my head,” Johns said. “[I’m] devastated to be honest. If the roles were reversed would I be getting the same, pretty much a slap on the wrist?”
On Tuesday, Fry was fired from real estate agency Ray White, where she had worked as a property manager.
