I believe there is a sign at every car wash I have ever been to that reads, ” DON’T GET OUT OF YOUR CAR “!

Not a wise decision, but how did he get pinned and die if the car wash had not been activated yet?

Christine the car had to have been in gear when he exited. Don’t believe he had enough leg power to self crush. Now idiot proof tether switches will be mandatory in all evil fossil fuel vehicles.

Should have used his cell phone, or honked his horn if something was wrong. Now he’s paid the price for not doing either one and making a fatal decision to become prey.

It’s like the poor 22 year old girl a few months back who was pulling out of a parking garage and stopped to pay. She stuck her arm out the window to pay, dropped her debit card to the ground, opened her door to retrieve it, and accidentally took her foot off the brake pedal while the car was still in gear. The car rolled forward and her driverside door hit the cement post, trapping her head in between the door jam, ultimately killing her. So sad and tragic. Having two teenage daughters, who just recently learned to drive, I could easily see this happening. You never know when your time is up.
