The allergy information reads: “Manufactured on the same equipment that processes peanuts, almonds, and hazelnuts.”

According to the recall notice, the incident was caused by “an isolated error at a contract manufacturing facility.” The Hershey Company stated that they have taken “immediate steps” to ensure that the mistake will not happen again.

The company has also “instructed all retailers that received the affected product to immediately remove it from store shelves,” their statement read.

So far, there have been no reports of injury or illness related to the product, the recall notice stated.
