California rapper YG kicked a fan out of his concert at the Mala Luna Music Festival in San Antonio for refusing to say, “F*** Donald Trump.”
A fan captured the incident on video, which was shared on Twitter last Friday. The Compton-raised rapper is seen inviting an unidentified fan to the stage.
YG then told the man, “I don’t know if I want to shake your hand yet. Listen, I spotted you out in the crowd. I asked you if you f*** with Donald Trump, you said you don’t know.”
At this point, the crowd started to boo the fan.
YG continued, “So, since you don’t know, I need you to make up your mind tonight … Because I know your mama, your daddy, your grandmama, your grandfather is watching, I want you to state your name and go, ‘F*** Donald Trump.’”
The fan repeatedly shook his head, drawing loud boos from the crowd. The rapper proceeds to get him kicked off the stage.
YG announced, “No, you won’t? Get his ass out of here. Get him off stage… He’s a Donald Trump supporter, get his ass out of here.”
He continued, “Don’t let his ass back in the crowd. Tell him YG said so.”

YG, a long-time outspoken critic of the president, questioned how any fan of his could support both him and Trump. One of his 2016 tracks, which featured the late rapper Nipsey Hussle, was entitled “FDT (F*** Donald Trump)”. The hit was hailed as “the defining protest song of 2016” by Los Angeles Times’ August Brown.
YG reportedly declared at his concert: “Don’t come to a motherf***ing show with YG on the motherf***ing bill if you a Donald Trump supporter. F*** are you doing? … Donald Trump’s racist. He don’t f*** with black people, so if you f*** with Donald Trump, you racist as f*** and I can’t f*** with you. Period.”
When Fox News asked White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham about the encounter, she sarcastically called it “another example of the tolerant left.”
