WHAT’S BEING CLAIMED:
- The Beirut explosion killed more than 200 people and left thousands wounded, trapped, and displaced.
- The explosion was caused by accidental fire to stored 2,750 tons of ammonium nitrate in Lebanon’s port.
- Now, young women are seen posing in sexy outfits with the explosion site as the background so they can upload the photos to social media platforms.
Beirut was devastated by an explosion that instantly killed at least 220 people, wounded thousands, trapped thousands more in the rubbles of flattened buildings and left thousands more homeless and displaced.
The explosion created a mushroom cloud that resembled that of the atomic bomb in Hiroshima.
This time, there is no war but an accidental fire that sparked a carnage of hellish proportions as 2,750 tons of ammonium nitrate exploded. The ammonium nitrate was stored in a warehouse at the city’s port. The cargo came from a Russian ship that was impounded 6 years ago.
Lebanon government officials have been inaccessible for answers as protesters question the handling of the fertilizer, storage conditions, and if warnings for handlers and the citizens for their safety have been issued.
Then comes a woman striking a sexy pose amidst the disaster in a royal-blue running bra and matching high heels with her midriff showing. She also had on flowered shorts and shades.
Her guy companion also posed for the camera with his hand on his sunglasses, in what could be a glamour shot but with the scene of carnage as background.
Passersby gawked at the two for the insensitivity and lack of respect for the hundreds of lives that perished there and the ongoing hardships that the Lebanese people are in.
There is a word to describe those people who relish or who are morbidly interested in disaster or death: ghoulish.
As the flags of Lebanon waved over the disaster zone, two ghoulish people enjoyed a photoshoot.
