The senate鈥檚 ombudsperson鈥檚 office, which helped the woman with her complaint, hailed the decision as a positive step towards equal rights for all Berliners, regardless of gender or non-binary identity. However, the office also called for consistent application of the new regulation to prevent further expulsions or house bans against those who choose to swim topless.

The issue if not torsos but erogenous body parts. Don’t blame men that God gave women more than men. This whole thing is the height of stupidity., in the fact that this was called discrimination and that the officials didn’t see any problems with this new rule.
There’s a lot of nudity both partial and total in Germany, and after awhile, even if they’re good looking, it’s not that interesting.

Can鈥檛 wait until all the Muslims in Berlin start their complaining. It鈥檚 hard to see this as discriminatory. If there was a complaint it could be that the politicians were avoiding a headache at best and avoiding teenage boys and bearded perverts hanging out past dinner time at the pool.
